About Seger Guitars

Builder Dallas Seger formed Seger Guitars in 2012 combining his lifelong passion for guitars and woodworking. Dallas’ interest in guitar building began at an early age after taking his first wood shop class during 5th grade.

Born and raised in Maine, Dallas creates his handcrafted instruments in his “workshop in the woods.” After dedicating his craftsmanship to a select few private customers for instruments to be built each frigid Maine winter, Dallas has decided to offer his guitars to the general public.

Dallas has spent the better part of the last 20 years honing his craft as a luthier with a focus on handcrafted instruments that extend the designs and styles of classic American guitars.

Seger Guitars is committed to providing each buyer an instrument built to the exacting and meticulous standards of an experienced craftsman resulting in an instrument that is beautiful to the eye, comfortable to the hands, and most importantly, musical to the ears. Seger guitars are handcrafted in small quantities with a heritage rooted in traditional American guitars. Designed for a lifetime of tone and unparalleled playability Seger guitars spare no expense in crafting the instrument of your dreams.
